11.4 Release Notes

This cloud-only release includes new features, bug fixes, and enhancements to the product.

Important

  • Applications (executables) that have not run at least twice will not be condensed to the master. There is no change to the agent side collection.

  • Health Impact for session latency now takes into account TCP sessions for RDP (SAREMOTEFX.CUR_TCP_RTT). Systems using TCP for RDP will not have been recording health impact when session latency was above threshold. Once you update the agent this will be included.

  • Image Planner has reached its end-of-life and is no longer available.

  • The SysTrack Snapshot API will no longer be supported at the end of 2025. This is a legacy API used in a previous version of Assist for ITSM. You will need to upgrade to the latest version of Assist for ITSM once this change has been made. Continue to check the Release Notes for more information as this change approaches.

  • If we released any new sensors prior to the release, they will be automatically included in the updated version.

  • Support for version 10.9 agents will be discontinued on August 11, 2025.

  • We discontinued support for version 10.8 agents on June 16, 2025.

  • We discontinued support for version 10.7 agents on May 12, 2025.

  • We discontinued support for On-Premises 10.5 versions on March 20, 2025.
